New Year’s Book

Create a fun book to tell stories about your favorite things you did in 2013! To end the book, draw pictures and write stories of things you predict to happen in 2014. These make great keepsakes for mom and are so much fun to look back on at the next New Year celebrations to see if your predictions were right!

Friday Home Fun - Cinco De Mayo

Cinco de Mayo is a holiday that is observed in Mexico and Mexican-American communities in the U.S. to celebrate the victory over the French in the Battle of Puebla in 1862. Cinco De Mayo celebrations include large parades, yummy food and festive music! I hope these special projects help your family to to join in the festivities.
